Generation of Excellence Trendsetters LLC (For Profit and Non-Profit) was founded by LaTonya Baker. LaTonya attended Milwaukee Public Schools and graduated from North Division High School. She was a member of the band, choir, and other extracurricular activities. North Division is where LaTonya discovered her love for music and performing arts. LaTonya is very passionate about seeing youth excel. Generation of Excellence was designed to assist the community with thriving through life for generations to come. We are a “Project Based Training Institution” that provides hands-on learning as well as real-world scenarios. We believe this type of learning approach will allow students to better understand and prepare for challenges and/or problems they may encounter in the world. Our curriculum focuses on fundamentals, performing arts, entrepreneurship, extra-curricular activities, self-development, internship opportunities and more.

Spring Class

Generation of Excellence Trendsetters has a profound love for the community and currently provides programs in Dance, Music, Performing Arts, Entrepreneurship, Music and Art Therapy, Radio Personality, Video and Photography training, and Youth mental health training and advocacy.

Doula Registeration

Our goal is to provide a loving, caring, educational and professional environment to the youth, parents, and staff. We will provide a well-structured smaller classroom setting to allow individual attention which we believe is needed to succeed. Our staff will be derived from many backgrounds, they will be required to uphold and/or obtain a degree education and/or a train the trainer certification. Our staff will also be well trained and adhere to our policies in place to ensure that we all elevate. We will also implement programs that will help mold our youth to become great. We will also provide a strategic curriculum designed to help students pursue their career goals. Generation of Excellence will strive to “Build Better Tomorrow’s Today.”

Learning that takes students beyond recalling facts and engages them in experiences that promote innovation, problem-solving, critical thinking, discussions, and collaboration that are essential to the success of each student.

Generation of Excellence Trendsetters is grounded in the belief that people who are provided opportunities to explore and be creative will be inspired and empowered to positively impact their community. Generation of Excellence Trendsetters believes that passionate, quality and engagement training is imperative to the success of our community. We are committed to providing hands-on, active learning experiences in a loving, caring environment. Additionally, we believe that care must extend beyond the classroom through outreach support to the entire household. We also believe that the success of our students is dependent on the engagement of clothes like; friends, family and staff.

    Implement a clearly defined system to support the youth academic and behavior needs. Use community resources to help meet our families social and economic needs.
